We have a 7 day refund and 14 day exchange policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund and 14 days  to request an exchange.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items will be thoroughly assessed by our returns team and we will respond accordingly.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Returns are subjected to a charge  (payment processing fee + original delivery fee) which will be deducted from your refund amount. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process  the refund .

All charges incurred by the seller via any online retailers will be deducted off the final total to be refunded.



Exchanges are subjected to a charge  to cover the new delivery fee. An option for PayPal or direct Bank transfer is available.
