Policy
We have a 14 day U.K return or exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items will be thoroughly assessed by our returns team and we will respond accordingly.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages/Faults
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This is a free service.
Returns
Returns are subjected to a charge of £5 per order (payment processing fee + original delivery fee) which will be deducted from your refund amount. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subjected to a charge of £5 per order to cover the new delivery fee. An option for PayPal or direct Bank transfer is available.

*Return the item to us via a signed delivery service at your own cost.
*Please include your order number, name, address and your request within the package.
*Please allow up to 14 working days to process your refund, and note original shipping fees are not refunded.
